Bono the lead singer of the famous Irish rock band U2 is a well known activist in the fight against Aids and extreme poverty in Africa.
In 2002 he co-founded Data to raise awareness and in 2004 “One” was created. The campaign to make poverty history- by 2008 Data and One combined as ONE.ORG
The ONE Campaign
